To use Skype in BigContacts, you will need to have the Skype application loaded on your PC and active. If you do not already have a Skype account you can CLICK HERE to activate your account.
Once Skype is live on your PC you are ready to use it with BigContacts.
Simply go to the contact record that you wish to call and notice that the phone numbers in this contact record are hyperlinked.
Click on the phone number you wish to call
BigContacts will open Skype to complete the call for you.
