We offer two levels of service and detail for importing your contacts.

Self-serve data import - We offer a free function that will assist you with importing all your "core" contact data (name, address, phone number, etc) From the main contact page, you will select the "Import Contacts" link in the upper left hand corner. After this window opens, you will select from the program or file type that you currently have your contact stored in.  From here we will give you step-by-step instructions for exporting your contacts from your current program and then importing into Big Contacts.

Full-serve Custom data import - We will import all contact information and all notes, meeting and general history into our system for you. We charge $299 for custom data imports to our system and we do this for our professional edition customer.   Please send us a support ticket with your custom import request and one of our representatives with get with you ASAP.
